Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional experience, with at least 5 years managing strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Identify high-potential opportunities and turn them into actionable business cases.
• Run pilots and prototypes with business teams to validate ROI.
• Advise executives and align cross-functional stakeholders across Product, Data and Engineering.
• Drive measurable impact across revenue, margin and productivity.
• Lead initiatives from concept to scale while maintaining momentum.
