Job summary

Allica Bank is seeking a senior Azure Architect to design and run a global Azure platform for international expansion. You will own landing zone design, IaC with Terraform, Entra ID multi-entity models, and operate the platform with central governance and local attestation.

You will lead a small engineering team across time zones, ensure regulatory alignment (DORA, ICT risk), and collaborate with UK platform, security, and product engineering to deliver scalable, compliant services while

Qualifications

• Substantial hands-on Azure architecture experience at scale.
• Deep experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform).
• Experience designing and operating Microsoft Entra ID in multi-entity contexts.
• Delivery in regulated financial services environments, with regulatory evidence.

Responsibilities

• Lead a senior engineering team across time zones while remaining hands-on.
• Own the international Azure platform end-to-end from design to run.
• Define and implement Entra operating model for international entities.
• Ensure local entities have runbooks and evidence for day-to-day operation.
• Collaborate with central platform, security and product-engineering functions.
