Job summary

Google LLC is seeking a senior security leader to direct the Global Security Risk Operations team. You will drive cross-functional initiatives to assess, report, and improve the enterprise security state, while coordinating with partners to execute red‑teaming efforts and facility risk assessments.

You will advance data‑driven decisions and maturity metrics to demonstrate ongoing program evolution, keeping Googlers safe and maintaining resilience across the organization.

Qualifications

• Experience designing regional or global security resilience programs.
• Program management experience developing risk solutions and influencing stakeholders at all levels.
• Leadership of red team or covert intelligence gathering programs regionally or globally.
• Experience running covert security programs or covert intelligence gathering programs.
• Experience in government security intelligence agency operations or related programs.
• Experience managing or operating within SNTK Security programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead GSRS physical security pen testing on a global scale.
• Partner with Alphabet’s Enterprise Red Team cross-functional group in collaboration with digital security partners.
• Manage a team responsible for strategy, tracking, and data analysis of audits and assessments.
• Manage vendor governance through relationships and accountability of contract performance against services and deliverables.
• Collaborate with security business partners and support functions to plan, develop, and implement processes that support the organization’s security vision and strategy.
