Job summary

JGA Recruitment Group Ltd is seeking a Payroll Specialist for an on-site role in Hertfordshire. You will deliver accurate payroll across EMEA, UK and APAC, working with HR, Finance and outsourced providers to ensure compliance and strong controls.

Applicants should have UK payroll experience including P11D/PSA, CPE knowledge and be able to drive improvements in payroll processes while supporting month-end close.

Qualifications

• Extensive UK payroll experience including P11D/PSA obligations.
• Experience delivering payroll across EMEA, UK and APAC regions.
• Solid knowledge of payroll accounting and reconciliations.
• Office-based role in Hertfordshire with collaboration across HR and Finance.

Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate, timely and compliant payroll delivery across EMEA, UK and APAC.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance and outsourced payroll providers to maintain controls.
• Support month-end close and governance of payroll processes.
• Drive continuous improvement in regional payroll procedures.
