Job summary

JGA Recruitment Group Ltd is seeking a Payroll Specialist for an on-site role in Hertfordshire. You will deliver accurate payroll across EMEA, UK and APAC, working with HR, Finance and outsourced providers to ensure compliance and strong controls.

Applicants should have UK payroll experience including P11D/PSA, CPE knowledge and be able to drive improvements in payroll processes while supporting month-end close.

Qualifications

• Extensive UK payroll experience including P11D/PSA obligations.
• Experience delivering payroll across EMEA, UK and APAC regions.
• Solid knowledge of payroll accounting and reconciliations.
• Office-based role in Hertfordshire with collaboration across HR and Finance.

Payroll Specialist (on-site) - Hertfordshire - £55000 - £60000 p.a + Discretionary Bonus

A global client is seeking to hire a Payroll Specialist to be responsible for the accurate, timely and compliant delivery of payroll across EMEA, the UK and designated APAC entities. This is an office based job role that works closely with HR, Finance and outsourced payroll providers, the role safeguards financial integrity and statutory compliance, maintains robust financial controls and supports month-end close activities. It also drives continuous improvement across regional payroll processes, combining payroll expertise with financial analysis, governance and strategic business partnering to support the wider finance organisation.

Previous in-depth experience of UK (including P11D's / PSA's) and EMEA or APAC experience is essential for this opportunity with knowledge of payroll accounting / reconciliations.
