Job summary

AAB is a leading professional services firm delivering payroll and related services across the UK and beyond. The Global Payroll team seeks a Payroll Analyst to process international payrolls, support new implementations, and maintain detailed process documentation while collaborating with global partners and client teams.

You will work with payroll systems and tools, developing expertise and providing day-to-day guidance to trainees in a dynamic, client-facing environment.

Qualifications

• Payroll or related operations experience.
• Interest in global/international payroll delivery.
• Experience collaborating with multiple stakeholders or international teams.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• High attention to detail with analytical/problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Process global and international payrolls and seek guidance when needed.
• Support development by researching payroll solutions.
• Assist with implementing new payrolls under supervision.
• Manage relationships with Global Partners and maintain cultural awareness.
• Attend client meetings to build relationships and gain exposure to client-facing activities.
• Maintain knowledge library of payroll processes for all countries of operation.
• Create and update client process manuals to departmental standards.
• Develop understanding of global payroll systems and software.
• Provide day-to-day guidance as first-line support for trainees.
• Investigate, resolve and respond to payroll queries via employee helpdesk.
