Job summary

Enverus is seeking an International Payroll Manager to own end-to-end payroll across multiple foreign jurisdictions and ensure employees are paid accurately and on time. You will oversee processing, compliance, governance, payroll accounting support, and third-party vendor management.

As the payroll SME for the UK, Spain, Czech Republic, India, Singapore, and Australia, you will collaborate with providers and internal partners on system implementations such as Workday and CloudPay, ensuring

Qualifications

• 10+ years of international payroll experience in a multinational
• Hands-on experience with Workday and CloudPay
• Strong knowledge of multi-country payroll legislation and compliance
• Advanced Excel and data analysis skills

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end payroll processing across international jurisdictions
• Manage day-to-day relationship with third-party payroll providers
• Coordinate with HR on source data and initiatives
• Maintain payroll calendars and oversee on-cycle and off-cycle payroll
• Support payroll accounting including journal entries and reconciliations
• Ensure compliance with payroll, tax, social security, and reporting requirements
• Act as SME for international payroll and partner with internal teams for system enhancements
