Job summary

Centric Software is seeking a senior Global Payroll Manager to lead end-to-end payroll operations across EMEA and AMER, ensuring accuracy and compliance in a fast-paced, multinational environment.

The role serves as System Administrator for ADP Workforce Now, UKG One View and Workday, coordinating with legal, HR, tax, and finance to deliver timely payroll processing and filings while maintaining strict confidentiality and data integrity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of global payroll processing experience, managing 300+ employees.
• Experience leading end-to-end payroll for multinational organizations.
• Familiarity with ADP Workforce Now, Workday, or UKG OneView is highly desirable.
• Strong analytical, project management, and confidentiality skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end global payroll processing across multiple regions in EMEA and AMER.
• Act as System Administrator for ADP Workforce Now, UKG One View, and Workday, ensuring updates and maintenance.
• Ensure accurate, compliant, and timely payroll for domestic and international operations.
• Collaborate with third-party providers and internal teams to address payroll-related issues.
• Oversee monthly payroll closing and tax filings, and support internal controls and audit readiness.
