Overview

The Global Payroll Manager will oversee payroll processing and benefits administration for our global employee base. Responsibilities include managing payroll schedules, third-party providers, ensuring compliance with tax laws, and leading modernization initiatives to develop a cohesive payroll strategy across regions.

Your Mission:

  • Ensure excellence in payroll delivery and manage relationships with providers.
  • Monitor KPIs and drive process improvements.
  • Lead global payroll strategies and collaborate with local teams.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and introduce innovative practices.

Reward Administration:

  • Support our reward strategy globally.
  • Manage clothing allowances and calculate bonuses and commissions.

Payroll Processing & Tax Compliance:

  • Define and oversee payroll processes.
  • Manage third-party relationships and ensure service quality.
  • Conduct validations and audits for compliance.
  • Collaborate with tax advisors on pay-related matters.

People Costs & Reporting:

  • Provide financial impact reports and support compliance with reporting requirements.
  • Partner with finance and HR teams for accurate payroll recording.

Systems & Time Tracking:

  • Maintain and develop payroll systems and integrations.
  • Ensure accurate time tracking and data transfer.

Your Talent:

  • Experience leading payroll teams.
  • Background in HR and payroll administration preferred.
  • Experience with Workday or similar systems is a plus.
  • Strong Excel skills and collaborative work style.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to handle confidentiality.
