Centric Software is seeking a senior Global Payroll Manager to lead end-to-end payroll operations across EMEA and AMER, ensuring accuracy and compliance in a fast-paced, multinational environment.

The role serves as System Administrator for ADP Workforce Now, UKG One View and Workday, coordinating with legal, HR, tax, and finance to deliver timely payroll processing and filings while maintaining strict confidentiality and data integrity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of global payroll processing experience, managing 300+ employees.
• Experience leading end-to-end payroll for multinational organizations.
• Familiarity with ADP Workforce Now, Workday, or UKG OneView is highly desirable.
• Strong analytical, project management, and confidentiality skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end global payroll processing across multiple regions in EMEA and AMER.
• Act as System Administrator for ADP Workforce Now, UKG One View, and Workday, ensuring updates and maintenance.

The ideal candidate will be driven to enhance processes collaboratively with cross-functional team members, with the aim of achieving scalability.This position will report directly to the Global Payroll Manager, based in the United States.ResponsibilitiesLead and oversee end-to end global payroll processing across multiple regions in EMEA and AMER.Serve as the System Administrator for ADP Workforce Now, UKG One View, and Workday, ensuring continuous updates and maintenance.Ensure precise, compliant, and punctual processing of payroll for both domestic and international operations.May need to record transactions meticulously in the designated payroll bank accounts, covering payroll net pay and payroll taxes.Collaborate with third-party payroll providers, offering strategic guidance on business requirements and addressing payroll-related issues effectively.Maintain close communication with third-party payroll providers to guarantee timely fulfillment of monthly, quarterly, and annual payroll tax filings. Ensure adherence to all local statutory payroll regulations and fringe benefit reporting requirements.Uphold compliance with tax regulations, as well as wage and hour labor laws.Execute and oversee monthly payroll closing tasks.Lead special projects, such as process documentation and enhancements, system updates, integrations, upgrades, or implementations, including the re-implementation of international payroll systems.Assist with internal control policies, procedures, and compliance standards related to the payroll process.These responsibilities require meticulous attention to detail, a thorough understanding of payroll regulations, and strong project management skills.Delivering exceptional payroll support to all employees and cross-functional teams by promptly addressing inquiries, concerns, and requests with professionalism and accuracy.Identifying opportunities for process optimization and recommending scalable solutions to improve payroll operational efficiency without compromising accuracy.Conducting regular payroll audits and preparing comprehensive supporting schedules for external auditors to ensure compliance and accuracy in financial reporting.QualificationsBachelor's degree in accounting or relevant field, or equivalent experience.A minimum of 8 years of experience in Global processing payroll, with a minimum employee base of 300.Demonstrated experience of at least 8 years in leading end-to-end payroll processes for multinational organizations.Familiarity with ADP Workforce Now, Workday, or UKG OneView is highly desirable, though not mandatory.Exceptional ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively under tight deadlines.Proficient problem-solving skills coupled with strong analytical and project management abilities.Capacity to operate within a highly confidential environment, maintaining discretion and integrity.Skilled in analyzing large datasets and presenting key insights to leadership confidently.Proven track record of collaborating with cross-functional teams, including legal, HR, tax, payroll, accounting, and finance departments.Microsoft Office suites, especially Excel.
