Job summary

CoreWeave UK Ltd. is seeking a Senior Payroll Specialist to lead international payroll for EMEA and APAC, with a focus on Singapore.

You will collaborate with ADP Celergo, in-country providers, and cross-functional teams to ensure accurate, timely payroll across multiple currencies and jurisdictions. The role requires deep expertise in multi-country payroll processing, compliance, and systems management, reporting to the Global Payroll Manager and mentoring junior colleagues while enhancing

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• 7–10+ years of progressive, end-to-end international payroll experience across multiple jurisdictions.
• Hands-on experience with ADP Celergo and Workday HR (HCM) integration.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day international payroll processing for multiple countries across EMEA and APAC with in-country providers and ADP Celergo.
• Manage vendor relationships, service levels, issue resolution, and escalation to Global Payroll Manager.
• Maintain international payroll calendar, deadlines, and year-end requirements.
• Prepare payrolls for approval with summaries of changes, funding, and risks; obtain final approvals.
• Ensure segregation of duties and audit trails for payroll processes.
• Coordinate off-cycle runs, retroactive pay, and multi-currency payments across jurisdictions.
