Job summary

CoreWeave is seeking a Senior Payroll Specialist to lead international payroll delivery across EMEA and APAC, with an initial APAC focus on Singapore. You will partner with ADP Celergo and in-country providers to ensure accurate, compliant payroll across multiple jurisdictions.

Reporting to the Global Payroll Manager, you will mentor junior staff, manage calendars, and drive process improvements while upholding data privacy and governance standards across Poland, the UK, Norway, Spain, and

Qualifications

• 7–10+ years of progressive international payroll experience.
• Experience with ADP Celergo strongly preferred.
• Experience with Workday HR (HCM) preferred.
• Strong knowledge of GDPR and data privacy in payroll.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multi-country payroll and audits.

Responsibilities

• Own the day-to-day end-to-end payroll for Poland, Singapore, UK, Norway, Spain, and Sweden.
• Manage relationships with ADP Celergo and in-country providers; monitor SLAs and resolve issues.
• Maintain the international payroll calendar and approval timelines.
• Prepare payroll for approval with changes, funding requirements, and risk notes.
• Oversee country-specific deductions and employer obligations.
• Coordinate RSU vesting and equity transaction reporting across jurisdictions.
• Support data flows between ADP Celergo, in-country vendors, GL, and Workday.
• Address payroll discrepancies with stakeholders in a timely manner.
