Job summary

Reed is seeking a detail-driven Payroll Specialist to manage APAC & EMEA payroll operations from a hybrid UK base. You’ll ensure accurate, timely salaries for salaried and hourly staff, handle adjustments, bonuses, and deductions, and maintain compliant payroll records.

You’ll work with HR and Finance, support audits, implement process improvements, and stay up to date with local tax rules across regions. A degree and 3+ years payroll experience, plus expertise in ADP/Workday/SAP/UKG/QuickBooks

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or accounting (preferred).
• 3+ years of payroll administration experience.
• Strong knowledge of payroll systems (ADP, Workday, SAP, UKG, QuickBooks).
• Excel and reporting skills required.
• High attention to detail and confidentiality.
• APAC focus preferred, covering EMEA as needed.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end payroll operations with accuracy and compliance.
• Process payments for salaried and hourly employees.
• Handle adjustments, bonuses, commissions, and deductions.
• Validate calculations and resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain secure, confidential payroll records.
• Prepare and submit payroll tax filings and benefits deductions.
• Produce payroll reports and analytics for HR and Finance.
• Stay informed on payroll legislation and updates.
• Assist with payroll system upgrades and automation.
