Job summary

Destination Sport is seeking an experienced payroll professional to coordinate and oversee payroll across our international businesses. You will be the key contact for outsourced payroll providers across multiple territories, ensuring compliance with local tax, social security and pensions while delivering accurate payroll on time.

Working with HR and Finance, you will support process improvements, maintain data integrity, and help shape payroll practices for a growing global organisation.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing end-to-end payroll processes with UK knowledge.
• Experience with outsourced payroll providers and multi-territory work.
• Strong organisational and stakeholder management skills.
• Advanced Excel skills and ability to handle confidential data.
• Proactive mindset and continuous process improvement.
