Job summary

CSC is seeking a Global Payroll Manager in London to act as the primary relationship manager for strategic multinational payroll clients. The role combines global payroll coordination, stakeholder management, and payroll advisory support.

You will coordinate with CSC's network of local payroll specialists to ensure a seamless client experience across jurisdictions and provide practical guidance on regulatory developments. Hybrid work with 3 days in the office.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience in global payroll, payroll operations, or payroll management.
• Strong UK payroll knowledge (PAYE, NI, NI contributions, year-end reporting, auto-enrolment).
• Experience overseeing multi-country payroll operations.
• Proven client-facing and stakeholder management experience.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to coordinate activities across countries and teams.
• Ability to translate payroll matters into practical business advice.
• Proficiency with payroll systems and Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Own relationships with strategic global payroll clients and senior stakeholders.
• Coordinate payroll delivery across multiple jurisdictions.
• Address client questions and drive resolution.
• Lead coordination between clients and CSC's payroll specialists worldwide.
• Provide payroll advisory support and business guidance.
• Lead service review meetings and stakeholder engagements.
• Build relationships with local payroll teams and client contacts.
• Identify regulatory trends and process-improvement opportunities.
• Support payroll implementations and transitions.
• Drive continuous improvement to service quality and client satisfaction.
