Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, or related field.
• 4–7 years HR/payroll experience, including non-US payroll.
• US payroll experience an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Execute end-to-end payroll for assigned geographies, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Coordinate with vendors and regional teams to resolve payroll issues.
• Provide backup for US ADP GlobalView payroll.
• Maintain HR data integrity and privacy compliance.
• Support audits and reporting to government agencies and insurers.
• Validate gross-to-net payroll results and post to the General Ledger.
• Drive continuous improvement of payroll processes.
