Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, business or related field.
  • 4–7 years of HR/payroll experience.
  • Non-US payroll experience required.
  • Experience with payroll vendors and data privacy knowledge is advantageous.
  • Strong relationships with HR, Finance and Controllership.
  • US payroll experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

  • Payroll Processing: Execute end-to-end payroll for assigned geographies, ensuring accuracy and compliance with local regulations and company standards.
  • Vendor Management: Work with vendors for payroll services and coordinate responses to tax, social security, and other organisations.
  • US Payroll Support: Backup payroll support for the US ADP GlobalView solution.
  • Data Integrity: Maintain HR data and support vendors providing feeds to core payroll providers; ensure accuracy and privacy compliance.
  • Issue Resolution: Act as main contact for resolving payroll issues and vendor enquiries after escalation.
  • Compliance & Audits: Coordinate audit processes and report to government agencies and other bodies.
  • Gross-to-Net Validation: Validate gross-to-net payroll results and provide timely payroll postings to the General Ledger.
  • System Maintenance: Support maintenance and modification of earning and deduction records.
  • Continuous Improvement: Recommend changes to improve quality and cost-efficiency of payroll services.
  • Governance: Escalate issues per governance schedule and drive key payroll projects.

Senior Analyst – Shared Services Payroll
Position Summary

The Senior Analyst – Shared Services Payroll is responsible for ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing across multiple countries, in compliance with local labour laws, tax regulations, and company policies.

This role supports global payroll operations by managing data integrity, coordinating with regional teams and vendors, and delivering exceptional service to colleagues. The position requires strong attention to detail, knowledge of international payroll practices, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Responsibilities
  • Payroll Processing: Execute end-to-end payroll for assigned geographies, ensuring accuracy and compliance with local regulations and company standards.
  • Vendor Management: Work with vendors associated with the delivery of payroll services for assigned geographies and coordinate responses to enquiries from tax, social security, and other organisations.
  • US Payroll Support: Assume a key role as backup payroll support for the complex US ADP GlobalView solution.
  • Data Integrity: Direct and administer ongoing maintenance of HR data, including supporting vendors who provide information or feeds to core payroll service providers. Ensure all submitted data is accurate, complete, and compliant with privacy legislation.
  • Issue Resolution: Act as the main point of contact for supporting other functions or locations in resolving payroll issues, employee enquiries, and vendor enquiries following escalation to Global Business Processes.
  • Compliance & Audits: Coordinate and manage the audit process for assigned geographies and ensure timely and accurate reporting to government agencies, insurance companies, and other organisations.
  • Gross-to-Net Validation: Validate gross-to-net payroll results (registers) for accuracy and provide Finance with payroll results in a timely manner for posting to the General Ledger.
  • System Maintenance: Support the maintenance, upkeep, and modification of earning and deduction records.
  • Continuous Improvement: Recommend ongoing changes to improve the quality and cost-effectiveness of payroll services.
  • Governance: Escalate issues in accordance with the defined governance schedule and serve as a focal point for key project initiatives impacting broader payroll operations.
What We’re Looking For
Preferred Skills & Experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 4–7 years of relevant HR/payroll experience or equivalent.
  • Previous non-US payroll experience is required.
  • Experience with payroll vendor management and knowledge of global data privacy would be an advantage.
  • Strong relationship-building skills, with key internal stakeholders including HR Business Partners, Finance, and Controllership.
  • US payroll experience would be an advantage.
  • Experience working with global payroll providers and external partners.
