Job summary

Energizer is seeking a Sr. Analyst Shared Services Payroll to manage accurate, timely payroll processing across multiple geographies, ensuring compliance with local laws and company policies.

You will support global payroll operations, coordinate with regional teams and vendors, and serve as backup for US ADP GlobalView payroll, focusing on data integrity and privacy compliance. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business or related field; or equivalent practical experience.
• 4–7 years of HR/payroll experience.
• Non-US payroll experience required.
• Payroll vendor management and data privacy knowledge advantageous.
• Strong internal relationships with HR, Finance & Controllership; minimal travel.

Responsibilities

• Process end-to-end payroll for assigned geographies in compliance with local laws.
• Coordinate with vendors and respond to inquiries from tax, social security, or other organizations.
• Provide backup payroll support for US ADP GlobalView where needed.
• Maintain HR data accuracy and privacy compliance across systems.
• Resolve payroll issues with escalations to Global Business Processes as needed.
• Support audits and timely government reporting for geographies.
• Validate gross-to-net payroll results and assist posting to the General Ledger.
• Support system maintenance of earning/deduction records and drive improvements.
