Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field is required.
• Experience in programming, technical support, implementation, or related roles.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, with strong troubleshooting skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide post-integration technical support to developers, merchants, and internal teams.
• Run test scenarios for issues with code, software, hardware, devices and endpoints.
• Install and configure test environments and payment APIs.
• Communicate technical issues clearly to customers and internal teams.
• Identify irregularities in functionality and craft technical documentation for customers.
