Qualifications

• Significant Product Management experience within the payments industry.
• Strong merchant acquiring expertise, including practical knowledge of merchant onboarding, payment acceptance, settlement, reconciliation, risk management, and value-added services.
• Proven experience defining product strategy and translating customer and market insights into product roadmaps, prioritisation decisions, and commercial outcomes.
• Strong experience gathering requirements, scoping product initiatives, and delivering products from concept through launch.
• Demonstrated ability to work with cross-functional teams, influencing outcomes and driving alignment in complex environments without direct authority.
• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to evaluate product opportunities through customer value, revenue potential, and strategic impact.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both business and technical audiences.
• Experience leading planning, prioritisation, and roadmap discussions across multiple stakeholder groups.
• Based in the United Kingdom with experience collaborating across globally distributed teams.

Responsibilities

• Shape the international product strategy for our Platforms business through deep understanding of customer needs, software partner requirements, market trends, and opportunities across payments and financial services.
• Translate customer, partner, and business needs into clear product outcomes and roadmaps.
• Own the product lifecycle from discovery through launch and ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
• Create and maintain product roadmaps balancing short-term needs with long-term goals.
• Lead product planning activities, including large-scale planning forums and Big Room Planning sessions.
• Work with engineering, design, operations, commercial, and product teams to refine requirements and guide development.
• Translate market insights and client feedback into product enhancements and new capabilities.
• Champion product quality and customer outcomes, ensuring scalable, commercially viable solutions.
• Evaluate growth opportunities and investment decisions through customer and commercial lenses.
• Influence senior stakeholders across Product, Sales, Operations, Risk, Compliance, Finance, and Technology.
