Aztec Services (Jersey) Limited is seeking a senior Payments leader to head the Payments function within the Banking Domain. The role ensures a robust, scalable service, strong governance and performance across multiple jurisdictions, with delivery to clients and internal stakeholders.

The role requires extensive banking experience in multi-jurisdictional environments, deep knowledge of international payment rails and experience with SaaS treasury systems.

Qualifications

• Significant banking experience across multi-jurisdictional environments.
• Experience with international payment rails and cross-border processing.
• Practical experience with SaaS treasury management systems and payment hubs.
• Strong governance, risk and control awareness in payments operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the end-to-end payments process, including operating model, controls, configuration and performance management.
• Develop the future payments offering to support growth and client service ambitions across jurisdictions.
• Provide leadership across international payment rails, cross-border processing and banking infrastructure.
• Support selection, implementation and optimisation of SaaS treasury management systems and payment technologies.
• Manage relationships with banking and technology providers and negotiate outcomes.
