Job summary

Global Payments Inc. are seeking an Implementation Coordinator to join the Ecomm team in London.

You will oversee end-to-end merchant implementations, coordinate across merchants, internal teams and technical stakeholders, and drive optimisation using performance data. You’ll work with Implementation Managers and Merchant Success specialists to implement changes, communicate status to stakeholders, and continuously improve processes, tools, and reporting.

Qualifications

• Experience in payments, eCommerce, implementations, or project coordination preferred.
• Understanding of payment processing and authorisation flows.
• Knowledge of system integrations and APIs.
• Ability to manage stakeholders across business and technical teams.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to simplify technical concepts.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end implementation activities for merchant integration.
• Act as central point between merchants, internal teams and technical stakeholders.
• Track and manage implementation plans, milestones, risks and dependencies.
• Analyse merchant requirements and align with product capabilities.
• Review transaction performance data to support optimisation opportunities.
• Coordinate changes across: payment configurations, transaction routing, fraud and risk settings, integration updates.
• Communicate project status, risks and issues to stakeholders.
• Contribute to process and tooling improvements.
• Build relationships with merchants to ensure positive customer experience.
• Stay up to date with payment products and industry best practices.
