Job summary

Regeneron Pharmaceuticals, Inc. seeks a Director to join the Global Patient Safety (GPS) team. This role serves as the primary safety contact for designated compounds, leads safety strategy, and collaborates with internal and external stakeholders to ensure compliance and optimal safety responses.

The position requires significant leadership across matrix organizations. The GPS Director will participate in SMTs, RSOC, IDMCs, and SP T, influencing safety programs globally and mentoring safety

Qualifications

• Minimum 10+ years of total relevant experience in PV and/or medical field or equivalent industry experience in drug safety.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety strategy for assigned compounds and provide POC for safety issues.
• Represent Global Patient Safety on cross-functional teams and with external partners.
• Develop and maintain safety governance documents and SOPs.
• Mentor junior safety scientists and drive continuous improvement within GPS.
