Regeneron UK Limited is hiring an Associate Director to lead Global Patient Safety Standards & Training. Based in Uxbridge, you will develop and maintain PV procedures, ensuring regulatory alignment and audit readiness.

You will partner with P&P and LCoE to update training curricula, validate procedures with SMEs, and guide GPS in evolving PV regulations. The role requires 7+ years in PV/Drug Safety or QA, strong project management, and the ability to present at audits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 7+ years in Pharmacovigilance or Drug Safety, Regulatory Affairs or QA.
• Experience with PV process design and updates.
• Ability to present at audits and inspections.

Responsibilities

• Maintain PV procedures aligned with regulations and industry standards.
• Collaborate with P&P and LCoE to reflect updates in training curricula.
• Validate procedures for safety practice fit and map to regulations.
• Lead assessment of evolving global PV regulations and CAPA oversight.
• Coordinate timing and prioritization of procedural updates across GPS.
