Regeneron Pharmaceuticals, Inc. is seeking a Manager to join its Global Patient Safety Sciences team in the United Kingdom.

The role focuses on safety strategies for clinical development and post-marketing programs, including data aggregation, safety interpretation, and benefit-risk assessment. Based in Uxbridge with 3 days on site, the position offers opportunities to lead safety activities, work with cross-functional teams, and contribute to a fast-growing, science-driven organization

Qualifications

• Minimum Master degree, PharmD, PhD
• 5+ years of risk management or relevant clinical experience in pharma/biotech
• Experience with safety surveillance guidelines (FDA, EU, ICH) and pharmacovigilance activities

Responsibilities

• Perform signal detection and evaluation in line with the safety surveillance plan.
• Prepare safety evaluation reports and manage DSUR/PSUR/RMP as needed.
• Coordinate and review safety documents for health authority queries.
• Deliver presentations at SMT meetings and participate in cross-functional teams.
• Contribute to risk management activities for assigned compounds and drive process improvements.
