Job summary

Elevate is recruiting a Director, Partnerships Strategy & Solutions to lead the creation of customised partnership propositions for top sports and entertainment properties across international markets. The role blends data, storytelling and asset packaging to demonstrate how client rights deliver brand objectives, from concept through to sales materials.

Hybrid role based in London, reporting to the VP, Partnerships & Strategy.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of relevant experience with independent ownership of partnership proposals
• Experience across sports and entertainment partnerships is preferred
• Proven ability to develop compelling partnership concepts and narratives
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
• Experience working across international markets is desirable

Responsibilities

• Lead development of strategic, customised partnership proposals and presentations
• Develop activation concepts aligned with client objectives
• Interpret data and insights to strengthen commercial storytelling
• Understand each client’s assets and rights to shape market positioning
• Package rights, benefits and assets into tailored proposals
• Refine go-to-market strategies and sales materials with cross-functional teams
• Coordinate client delivery and project meetings, ensuring deadlines are met
• Produce regular client and sales reports and flag gaps to the Project Lead
