Job summary

Liverpool FC is seeking a Coordinator, Global Partnership Sales to support the LFC Sales Team across key sales initiatives and drive commercial revenue. Based mainly in London, you will help identify categories/brands, research prospects, and prepare materials for outreach and meetings.

You will join calls, build presentations, and manage internal communications, with travel on occasion. This is a full-time role requiring strong project management and relationship skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, marketing, or related field.
• 1-2 years experience in sponsorship, brand strategy, digital strategy, or sales for rights holders.
• Passion for sports marketing and sponsorship sales.
• Excellent written communication and presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel domestically and work evenings, weekends, holidays.
• Strong project management and relationship-building abilities.

Responsibilities

• Take a lead role in early identification and targeting of categories and brands for the sales team to focus on.
• Proactively monitor industry trends and competitor activity to inform pricing and strategy.
• Identify new sales prospects and source decision-maker contact details; research prospects for outreach.
• Lead reporting and updating brand information for Global Sales calls.
• Join prospect calls and meetings to capture notes for future materials.
• Build and manage sales presentations, proposals, and materials with stakeholders.
• Develop company reports for sales calls with new prospects.
• Prepare company biographies for Sales Team and Senior Executives.
• Identify key industry events and build an annual events calendar.
• Organize weekly Sales Pipeline meetings with VP, Global Partnership Sales.
• Coordinate internal stakeholders and manage communications for sales requests.
• Handle administrative tasks for the Sales Team, including scheduling meetings.
• Draft internal documents such as Proposal Briefing Form.
