Job summary

Dentsu Aegis Network Ltd. is seeking a proactive operations professional to support the Global Partnerships SPI programme. You will track milestones, coordinate commercial processes and keep governance records up to date across a growing portfolio of partner workstreams.

You will also assist SPI leaders with diary management, meetings, travel and briefing materials, while planning events and coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating several workstreams across functions and seniority levels.
• Strong organisational and prioritisation skills to manage multiple deadlines.
• Experience supporting executives with diary management, meetings and travel.
• Familiarity with commercial, financial and legal processes in partnerships.
• Clear written and verbal communication for senior leaders and partners.

Responsibilities

• Track milestones, actions, timelines, risks and dependencies across projects and partner workstreams; follow up on commitments and elevate delays or unresolved issues.
• Coordinate statements of work and related commercial, financial and legal processes, including contracts, approvals, purchase orders, invoicing, billing and revenue tracking.
• Keep project, contractual, financial, governance and compliance records accurate and ready for programme management and partner reporting.
• Support SPI leaders with diary management, meeting scheduling, agendas, briefing materials, travel arrangements, action tracking and follow-up.
• Coordinate internal and partner meetings, making sure the right people, materials and logistics are in place and agreed actions are progressed.
• Plan partner events, workshops and market roadshows, including stakeholder coordination, materials, travel and logistics.
• Coordinate marketing, PR and internal communications, from leadership briefings and OpCo updates to newsletters, product opportunities and programme announcements.
• Gather and summarise intelligence from markets, partners and internal teams, including competitor, media and technology trends; help coordinate training, case studies and adoption communications.
