Qualifications

• Deep understanding of the drug development process.
• Proven track record of developing and maintaining partner relationships at all organisational levels.
• Strong relationships in life sciences, especially with academic medical centres and large health systems.
• Business and financial acumen with strategic planning and execution experience.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects within a matrix organisation.
• Outstanding written, verbal, presentation, and consensus-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop a long-term strategy for external partnerships to support clinical trials and research.
• Identify and evaluate external partners based on needs and capability gaps.
• Coordinate evaluation and opportunities, involving internal experts as needed.
• Align new opportunities with existing and prospective partner organisations.
• Support contract drafting and execution while maintaining relationship continuity.
• Manage external partnership opportunities with project management and other teams.
• Maintain clear communication with internal and external partners for continuity and alignment.
• Collaborate across functions to prioritise partnerships and identify innovative opportunities.
