Job summary

Regeneron in the United Kingdom is seeking a Director, Global Development Strategic Partnerships to identify, establish, and manage strategic relationships with external organisations. Qualifications

• Deep understanding of the Drug development process.
• Proven track record developing and maintaining partner relationships at multiple organisational levels.
• Strong business and financial management acumen with strategic planning and execution experience.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills with consensus-building ability.

Responsibilities

• Develop a long-term, company-wide strategy for external collaborations to support clinical trials and translational research.
• Identify and evaluate external partners based on needs and capability gaps.
• Coordinate evaluation and opportunities with internal experts and external partners.
• Support contract drafting and execution while maintaining relationships throughout the lifecycle.
• Build and manage external partnership opportunities in collaboration with project management and other teams.
• Maintain consistent communication channels with internal and external partners to ensure alignment.
