Aquent is seeking a visionary leader to architect and optimize a digital-first learning and adoption engine for international markets under a 12‑month hybrid contract. You will own end-to-end education strategy, translating complex product updates into compelling learning journeys that boost user confidence, adoption, and revenue growth on a global scale.

Architect, design, and execute diverse multi-format learning paths, including live and on‑demand webinars, interactive walkthroughs, self‑guided digital experiences, and concise lessons.
Transform platform updates, workflow friction points, and regulatory changes into practical educational content.
Direct, design, and execute scaled practitioner education initiatives with cross‑functional partnerships.
Collaborate with lifecycle and growth marketing to embed learning touchpoints into onboarding and adoption journeys.
Establish modular content architectures and production models for localization across multiple countries.
Define and track business impact of scaled education including activation, adoption, retention, and revenue.
Leverage analytics and AI tools to optimize performance and content production.
