Job summary

Ticketmaster International in London (Hybrid) is seeking a Senior Paid Search Executive to own paid search campaigns across 30+ markets, delivering results against commercial objectives while collaborating with an international team.

You will apply SA360, product feeds, and AI-driven optimization to grow ROI across EMEA, APAC and LATAM, with a focus on rigorous measurement, reporting, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience executing, optimizing and reporting on paid search campaigns using SA360 or equivalent.
• Experience using product feeds to automate paid search campaigns.
• Previously worked on medium to big paid media budgets with a strong ROI growth through data-driven decisions.
• Strong project management and time management skills in a fast-paced environment.
• High attention to detail and strong analytical ability with large data sets (GA, Excel, DOMO).
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on day-to-day execution and optimization of paid search campaigns across EMEA, APAC & LATAM.
• Independently improve campaign automation and run smarter campaigns.
• Leverage AI to improve campaign performance, reporting, testing roadmap and opportunities.
• Own weekly reporting against commercial objectives with monthly/quarterly stakeholder reports.
• Conduct hygiene checks and account maintenance to protect performance.
• Drive a rigorous testing and optimization culture with a framework for incremental impact.
