Job summary

Avon is recruiting a Global Paid Media Specialist to manage and optimise eCommerce and lead generation paid media campaigns for global markets. You will work in-house to drive profitable ROAS and CPL improvements, scaling international growth in a new paid media team.

The role requires hands-on management of PPC and Paid Social campaigns across UK and international markets, with a data-led approach and collaboration with brand teams.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in media advertising and performance marketing.
• Experience managing campaigns across eCommerce and lead generation environments.
• Hands-on expertise with major paid media platforms (Google Ads, Meta, TikTok).
• Strong understanding of PPC and Paid Social campaign management and optimisation.

Responsibilities

• Build, manage, and optimise paid media campaigns across PPC and Paid Social channels for UK and international markets.
• Monitor and optimise campaign budgets daily to meet performance targets.
• Manage product feeds, audience targeting, and asset implementation across campaigns.
• Partner with creative and brand teams to develop high-performing advertising assets.
• Own market-level media roadmaps and contribute to test-and-learn strategies.
