Job summary

Rotork seeks an experienced Global Packaging Lead to drive strategic packaging initiatives across Bath, Leeds or Manchester. You will influence packaging design, material selection and testing to ensure quality, durability and environmental sustainability across markets.

You will lead cross-functional teams, manage supplier relationships and push innovation while aligning with product requirements and brand positioning. Strong leadership in a global context is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in packaging, supply chain, or related operations.
• Proven leadership in a matrix/global environment.
• Strong knowledge of packaging materials, processes and design principles.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement and manage global packaging strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Ensure compliance with international packaging regulations, safety standards and environmental requirements.
• Analyse packaging performance metrics to identify cost reductions and efficiency gains.
• Oversee packaging design, material selection and testing to meet quality and sustainability standards.
• Manage relationships with packaging suppliers and vendors, negotiating contract terms and delivery.
