Qualifications

• Professional experience in packaging, supply chain, or related operations.
• Leadership experience managing global teams.

• Experience with project management and handling multiple initiatives.
• Understanding of international packaging regulations and QA.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement and manage global packaging strategies.
• Ensure compliance with packaging regulations, safety standards and environmental requirements.
• Analyse packaging performance metrics for cost reduction and efficiency.
• Oversee packaging design, material selection and testing protocols.
• Manage relationships with packaging suppliers and vendors.
• Collaborate with product development, marketing and supply chain to align packaging with product requirements and brand positioning.
• Drive sustainability initiatives by evaluating eco-friendly packaging alternatives.
• Monitor industry trends and technologies to maintain competitive positioning in packaging innovation.
• Prepare and present reports on packaging performance, budgets and strategic initiatives.
