Career Legal is seeking a Senior Business Services Support Manager to lead and develop its international Practice Group Support function. You will manage experienced PA management teams, shape how legal support services are delivered globally, and influence senior stakeholders to drive efficiency.

You will lead strategic projects, drive innovations in technology and automation, and ensure high-level service delivery across international teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop PA Managers.
• Improve PA and secretarial support models, processes and team structures.
• Drive innovation through technology, AI and automation.
• Partner with senior stakeholders to enhance service delivery and efficiency.
• Lead strategic projects and deliver measurable improvements.
• Deputise for the International Head of Support Services when required.
