A leading financial services organisation is seeking a seasoned People and Culture business partner to support a designated portfolio across Jersey, the Isle of Man and Mauritius.
You'll combine strategic insight with hands-on delivery while aligning P&C guidance to evolving business objectives, regulatory requirements, and cultural nuances. You will work with senior stakeholders to shape the people portfolio and drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- 5-7 years of HR experience.
- Experience in the financial services sector preferred.
- Able to operate at strategic and operational levels.
- Experience partnering with senior stakeholders.
- Comfortable across multiple jurisdictions and regulatory frameworks.
Responsibilities
- Provide end-to-end P&C business partner support to a designated portfolio.
- Guide information governance and privacy in P&C processes.
- Advise on P&C risk and governance within the portfolio.
- Collaborate with finance and operations for workforce planning and budgeting.
- Lead across the P&C portfolio in Jersey, Isle of Man and Mauritius.
- Drive annual reward cycle within guidelines and budget.
- Support organisational design and change initiatives.
- Identify automation opportunities to improve efficiency.
- Maintain accuracy of people data in core systems.
- Advise on suitable P&C systems and usage.
