Job summary

LEGO Group is seeking a seasoned leader to drive the delivery and adoption of strategic capabilities within Global Commercial Operations. You will coordinate across Demand Planning, Order Management, Performance Management, and Product and Digital teams to embed new processes and operating models.

You will lead organizational readiness, change management, and capability development, partnering with Digital Deployment Managers to align business adoption with technology deployments.

Qualifications

• Significant experience leading large-scale business transformation or operating model change.
• Proven ability to translate strategic objectives into executable plans and measurable outcomes.
• Strong program and project delivery experience with complex cross-functional initiatives.
• Experience in Demand Planning, Order Management, Commercial Planning, Supply Chain or related business function.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of major GCO initiatives and operating model changes with clear outcomes.
• Translate strategic priorities into executable plans and measure business impact.
• Coordinate delivery across functions and stakeholders to ensure execution success.
• Lead business readiness, change management, and adoption activities for new processes.
• Develop and embed frameworks, tools, and best practices to improve delivery efficiency.
