JPMorgan Chase & Co. in the United Kingdom seeks a Business Resiliency Associate to drive operational resilience, analyze data, and shape strategy within a dynamic team supporting global risk and compliance needs.

You will engage with second and third lines of defense, partner with first line functions, and lead cross-functional change initiatives across Legal Entity Controllers, Operations, Technology, and Compliance.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Experience with risk, controls and regulatory expectations in financial services.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality work on tight timelines.
• Familiarity with governance, risk and compliance concepts and frameworks.

Responsabilités

• Execute Operational Resilience self-assessment reporting across multiple jurisdictions.
• Perform data analysis and visualize Operational Resilience metrics.
• Interpret and become SME for global Business Resilience regulations and guidelines.
• Conduct formal gap analyses against JPM policy and procedures to define change agendas.
• Drive resilience projects and coordinate with Legal, Compliance, Product, Operations, Risk and Technology.
• Support regulatory examinations and internal reviews related to Business Resilience.
