Job summary

Maples Group seeks a senior governance professional to own the operational resilience programme across the group. You will drive the framework, policies, and minimum control requirements aligned to DORA and other frameworks, linking resilience responsibilities to enterprise risk and IT risk across the enterprise and supply chain.

Responsibilities include regulatory readiness, MI/ dashboards, mapping of critical services, and incident management with senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and embedding operational resilience frameworks.
• Familiar with DORA or similar regulatory regimes.
• Ability to build MI dashboards and board reporting.
• Strong policy development and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of the operational resilience framework and standards.
• Maintain a clear RACI model linking resilience to risk, IT risk, cyber, BCM, and TPRM.
• Coordinate regulatory submissions and responses with compliance and boards; track remediation.
• Produce MI dashboards and monthly/quarterly reports for senior management and boards.
• Oversee incident management and post-incident learning in line with DORA requirements.
