Job summary

Maples Group in London seeks a Senior Manager, Operational Resilience to lead governance, policy, and regulatory reporting across the firm's resilience program. You will drive strategy, alignment with DORA and ISO standards, and embed a culture of resilience across business units and the supply chain.

You will own MI dashboards, risk assessments, incident management, and third‑party resilience, coordinating with Compliance, IT, and Risk teams to ensure timely regulatory submissions and effective

• 7–10+ years in Operational Resilience within financial services.
• Experience implementing DORA requirements and related standards.
• Strong cross-functional leadership and executive communication.

Responsibilities

• Own governance, framework, and policy for Operational Resilience across jurisdictions.
• Oversee regulatory compliance, readiness, and incident workflows per DORA.
• Design MI dashboards and KPI suites; prepare monthly/quarterly Board reports.
• Map Important Business Services, define impact tolerances, and plan testing.
• Coordinate resilience testing lifecycle and third‑party risk resilience.
• Lead cross‑functional resilience working groups and training programs.
