Job summary

Ipsen is seeking a Clinical Program Director to lead global clinical development programs and manage CPMs, CMLs and CTAs. You will drive external partnerships and ensure milestones are met within scope and budget.

You will shape the Clinical Development Plan, oversee resource forecasting, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality data and efficient execution across indications. This is a senior leadership role within Ipsen's clinical operations.

Qualifications

• Experience recruiting and developing CPMs, CMLs and CTAs.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver clinical programs.
• Strong focus on external stakeholder management and partnerships.
• Proven track record in forecasting resources and budgets for programs.

Responsibilities

• Recruits, manages, mentors and trains CPMs, CMLs and CTAs across area of responsibility.
• Drives external partnerships and serves as partner of choice for stakeholders.
• Leads Clinical Development Plan design, resourcing and budget planning.
• Oversees CRO selection, country/site strategy and delivery of milestones.
