Job summary

Rolls-Royce is seeking a Service Delivery Manager for On-Wing Services in Aftermarket Operations. You will lead end-to-end delivery of engine maintenance events, coordinating a global network of Part 145 suppliers and internal mechanics to return aircraft safely and on schedule.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in aerospace or aviation MRO operations.
• Strong working knowledge of On-Wing or line maintenance operations.
• Proven ability to manage complex customer relationships and lead multidisciplinary teams.
• Experience with Part 145 regulatory framework advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of On-Wing Services across a global supplier network and internal mechanics.
• Maintain accountability for performance, safety, quality, and efficiency.
• Manage customer relationships with airlines (e.g., BA, Virgin Atlantic) and lead commercial outcomes.
• Drive continuous improvement and governance across the supplier network and internal teams.
