Job summary

Marshall Group seeks an MRO Delivery Manager to lead multiple aircraft maintenance programmes, ensuring safety, quality, and on-time delivery. You will head hangar teams, drive productivity, and champion continuous improvement with a focus on value-added activity and cost performance.

You will develop KPI dashboards, coach teams, and coordinate resources to meet QSCPD targets, while complying with airworthiness and safety requirements across the hangar.

Qualifications

• Proven operational leadership experience managing multiple teams.
• Experience implementing Continuous Improvement/Lean.
• Experience/knowledge of Aerospace MRO environment and regulations.
• Ability to lead, train, coach, mentor employees on a personal level.
• Experience working with ERP/EWS systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead the MRO delivery teams to achieve QSCPD targets with a Just culture.
• Drive hangar productivity and cost performance in maintenance environments.
• Develop and implement KPIs at hangar level.
• Balance priorities across teams and report aircraft status at escalations.
• Investigate incidents and ensure root-cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Develop teams' knowledge of IFS & Power BI; ensure SOP compliance.

NEBOSH/IOSH

EASA B Licence
