Job summary

NX Group is seeking a detail-driven Ocean Export Coordinator to join our team in the United Kingdom. You will own the end-to-end ocean export process, manage documentation, bookings and carrier liaison to ensure compliant, timely shipments for our clients.

Work with customers, carriers and internal teams, maintain records in GS-NET and CargoWise, and uphold regulatory standards with precision. A logistics background and strong English communication are essential; familiarity with CargoWise is a

Qualifications

Industry background in freight forwarding or logistics.
Strong professional English for communication with customers, carriers, and internal teams.
Proficient with freight management systems and MS Office; CargoWise familiarity is a plus.
Ability to organize, prepare, and assemble documents from multiple data sources while maintaining accuracy.

Responsibilities

End-to-End Ocean Export Coordination: manage full lifecycle of ocean export shipments.
Documentation & Regulatory Compliance: prepare and review export docs.
Cargo Booking & Shipment Coordination: arrange space, coordinate vessel schedules.
Customer Communication & Issue Resolution: provide updates and resolve queries.
Rate Calculation, Cost Control & File Closure: calculate charges and finalize files.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: coordinate with internal teams to maintain KPIs.
