Job summary

This role requires deep clinical development expertise in psychiatry, strong leadership, and partnerships with stakeholders, including global teams, KOLs, and safety physicians.

Qualifications

• MD or MD/PhD with deep clinical development experience in psychiatry.
• 7+ years of translational and/or clinical research in pharma/biotech.
• Experience leading cross-functional clinical development teams and regulatory submissions.
• Mentorship and matrix leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Medical Monitoring: develop and implement clinical development strategy; interpret trial data for asset progression; contribute to CSRs and publications.
• Clinical Development: lead multiple programs; set indication strategy; work with safety physicians and stakeholders.
• Health Authority Interactions: represent clinical development in regulatory discussions and submissions.
• External Partnerships: manage investigator relationships and alliances with academic centers and vendors.
• Leadership & Matrix Management: mentor staff and ensure quality and compliance.
