Job summary

Bristol Myers Squibb is seeking an Associate Director of Global Clinical Science - Neuroscience in the UK. The role leads one or more clinical trials, providing scientific leadership and coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality trial execution and data integrity.

Responsibilities include protocol development, site training, data review, and collaboration with external partners. A strong background in life sciences and GCP/ICH is required, with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Degree in Life Sciences or equivalent (MD/PhD/PharmD preferred).
• 5+ years in clinical science or clinical research.
• Proficient in GCP/ICH and drug development processes.
• Strong data interpretation and trend identification skills.
• Experience with data monitoring committees and trial budgets.

Responsibilities

• Understand protocols and educate team members.
• Lead study startup, conduct, and close-out activities.
• Evaluate innovative trial designs with Medical Monitor support.
• Develop protocol and ICF with cross-functional input and high quality output.
• Serve as site-facing primary contact for clinical questions.
• Generate and review clinical data with CS team for quality data review.
• Identify data trends and escalate to Medical Monitor.
• Draft/Review clinical study reports and regulatory document portions.
