Job summary

Ingenico in the United Kingdom is seeking a Networks & Telephony Manager to design, implement and govern Ingenico’s global voice, data and networking services. The role requires travel between UK sites and France, with attendance at an Ingenico office at least three days a week to enable collaboration.

• Proven experience leading technical teams in network and telephony projects.
• Experience managing capital and operating budgets for hardware and services.
• Governance, risk and compliance experience for IT services.
• Ability to align IT strategy with business priorities and goals.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement and maintain Ingenico’s global network and telephony architecture.
• Lead delivery across projects, ensuring on-budget and on-schedule outcomes.
• Manage third-party partners and monitor vendor performance against contracts.
• Develop budgets and governance for network services under Head of Infrastructure & Operations.
• Collaborate with IT&S and business stakeholders to translate needs into solutions.
