Job summary

Ingenico is seeking a strategic technical leader to shape the global network and telephony services. You will design solution architecture, set the technical direction, and govern delivery across regions, balancing global framework with local constraints.

You will manage budgets, lead large teams, oversee vendor relationships, and sign off on high- and low-level designs. The role emphasises governance, risk, compliance, and continuous improvement in delivery processes for complex network

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading technical teams and partnering with business stakeholders to drive project delivery.
• Experience managing annual capital (CAPEX) and operating (OPEX) budgets for hardware, software, and telecommunications services.
• Experience of 3rd party vendor service management.
• Managed large teams both direct and through 3rd party arrangements.
• Demonstrated track record of successful delivery oversight for system implementation, upgrades and integrations for large projects and small changes.
• Managing a functional unit through a significant change initiative.
• Experience of applying governance, risk and compliance requirements related to Business Applications.

Responsibilities

• Lead solution design and architecture for global network services.
• Set strategic technical direction for data, voice, WiFi, mobile and cloud connectivity.
• Provide plans for network stability and growth.
• Develop and review global converged network architecture.
• Balance global framework with regional requirements.
• Approve high- and low-level network designs.
• Ensure governance processes for network and telephony design.
• Govern delivery of services with partners.
• Deliver services on time and budget.
• Implement improvements to delivery processes.
• Manage network budgets under Head of Infrastructure & Operations.
• Be accountable for operation of all managed providers.
• Sign off on network tenders and evaluate responses.
