Job summary

Starcom is seeking a Global Network Lead to connect Primark’s international network and scale best work across markets. You will align central and local teams around shared priorities and processes, driving stronger commercial outcomes through governance and knowledge sharing.

The role requires strategic thinking with hands-on leadership across media, marketing, technology and creative delivery, in a fast-evolving multi-market environment.

Qualifications

• Experience handling complex international clients or multi-market programmes.
• Strong programme or project management skills to bring structure to priorities.
• Ability to build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Excellent understanding of media, marketing, and agency operating models.

Responsibilities

• Own the global operating rhythm, linking central and local teams across markets.
• Scale shared ideas by aligning markets around common media and marketing priorities.
• Establish governance, roles and processes for consistent briefing, planning, activation and reporting.
• Coordinate rollout of global frameworks, processes and technologies across markets.
• Improve consistency in performance reporting, KPI alignment and opportunities and risks visibility.
• Support governance over agency investment, resource allocation and pricing.
• Lead end-to-end campaign delivery coordination with media and creative partners.
